Hello!
I’m Mallory! Athletics have been a huge part of my life—from gymnastics and Division 1 volleyball to competing at the CrossFit Games in 2015 and 2017. These experiences shaped my passion for health and nutrition. After stepping away from the competitive world, I became a Registered Dietitian in 2020 so I could help others feel their best through food. Now, I work with individuals and families to create simple, personalized nutrition plans that fuel everyday life. I’d love to be part of your journey toward better health.
I also support individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, renal disease, and celiac disease. By studying and utilizing biomarkers, I help select foods that can optimize your health. Together, we can create nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and health goals. Let's work towards improving well-being!

Key Skills & Expertise
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and subsequently my Master's in Organizational Leadership. In May 2020, I became a Registered Dietitian and joined the Endocrinology team at Cox South Hospital as a diabetic educator, where I trained medical residents alongside a well-respected physician. After five years as both an inpatient and outpatient diabetic educator, I decided to start my own to address the need for quality care. I collaborate with medical offices to educate individuals on interpreting metabolic blood panels and other biomarkers, empowering them to advocate for their health and that of their loved ones. Additionally, I worked as an independent contractor, providing nutrition counseling for eating disorders to junior high and high school students, as well as assisting parents in navigating these challenges with their children.
