Hello!
I’m Mallory! Athletics have been a huge part of my life—from gymnastics and Division 1 volleyball to competing at the CrossFit Games in 2015 and 2017. These experiences shaped my passion for health and nutrition. After stepping away from the competitive world, I became a Registered Dietitian in 2020 so I could help others feel their best through food. Now, I work with individuals and families to create simple, personalized nutrition plans that fuel everyday life. I’d love to be part of your journey toward better health.

Key Skills & Expertise
With a background as a multi-sport athlete and Division 1 volleyball player at Creighton University, I bring a deep understanding of the demands placed on athletes. I’ve spent years competing in high-intensity CrossFit and have personally experienced the gap in nutrition guidance for performance. After college, I worked closely with middle and high schools to help coaches and athletes learn how to fuel their bodies—especially during long weekends and multiple-game days. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and completed nine years of education in dietetics, including hands-on experience at Health Tracks in Springfield, MO. I’m a licensed Dietitian in both Texas and Missouri, with a specialty in diabetes care. I also provide support for chronic health conditions such as celiac disease, high cholesterol, anemia, insulin resistance (PCOS), and more.
