Hi, I’m Mallory Lawson—a Registered Dietitian here to help you if you have fatigue, not sleeping well, and constantly snacking. We’ll work together one-on-one to create a personalized plan just for you, with weekly check-ins and support that fits your life, your culture, and your goals. I am going to show you how to accomplish your goals without giving up real life (yes, cheeseburgers and desserts included)!

I provide a variety of services tailored to your needs. Whether you're looking for an extensive 12-week program with personalized 1:1 support or you already know your goals and just need precise numbers to achieve them, I'm here to help. If you chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, renal disease, celiac disease, or other nutrition-related issues, I can assist you with medication management, nutrient timing, and identifying beneficial supplements for your unique situation. Plus, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), you may be eligible for reimbursement for dietitian consultations.

Deciding to work with Mallory on my nutrition is without a doubt the best health decision I have made. It honestly saved me money by getting me off most of the supplements I was wasting my money on trying to compensate for my bad diet. She makes it super easy by building a program that is easy to follow and is completely sustainable for the long term. Over the course of my 3 months with her, I dropped 25 pounds (while still maintaining/increasing strength), lowered my cholesterol, and have a lot more energy. Learning to fuel my body correctly has been a game-changer for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health and overall well-being!
